Transcript and Diploma Policy for Students with Outstanding Financial Obligations
Benedictine University is committed to supporting student educational and professional advancement while maintaining responsible stewardship of institutional resources. In accordance with the Illinois Student Debt Assistance Act (Public Act 103-0054) and Federal Regulation 34 CFR 668.14(b)(34), Benedictine University establishes the following policy governing the release of transcripts and diplomas for current and former students who have outstanding financial obligations to the University.
Students are responsible for the timely payment of all tuition, fees, housing charges, meal plan charges, fines, and any other financial obligations owed to Benedictine University.
Payment in full is due by the published payment deadlines for each academic term unless alternative arrangements have been approved by the University. Students who fail to satisfy their financial obligations by the established due date may be subject to a financial hold on their account.
