We鈥檙e going on a鈥ensory hunt!
In 2R we are looking at Sensory Poems. We have been reminding ourselves of the 5 senses so we went on our very own sensory hunt around the school grounds. We did this by stopping and taking in our surroundings and were all surprised at what we could see, hear, feel, smell and taste. Great job鈥�

A surprise new pupil in 2R!
Today 2R welcomed a new friend to our class! Lucas has been super busy with his mum at home creating a scarecrow, we have enjoyed asking questions on how Lucas made the scarecrow and look forward to designing our own for the forest school on outdoor learning day.

This term 2R have been looking at holidays, transport and different locations around the world. We have enjoyed looking through holiday brochures to discover what holidays we would like to go on and have spent some time this morning looking at leaflets for day trips around the UK that our friends鈥�

Scarecrow Exhibition
Thursday 23rd May is National Outdoor Learning Day. To help us promote our Forest School and Outdoor Learning provision , this year we are holding our first School Scarecrow Exhibition as part of our days events. Each class will create their own freestanding scarecrow, from a theme of鈥�
